Judith is a SAGE-ing Leader from Sage-ing Internations, and has completed training as a Life Legacy Letter Instructor. She has been presenting at the yWrite Writer's Conference for the past three years, as well as multiple other facilities. Her classes are popular amoung all writers, especially the ageing. This episode addresses what Legacy Letters are, how she was trained to guide folks into writing them, and most importantly, Judith shares a letter she wrote to her daughter about a necklace. Judith and yWrite Host Angela Grout are sisters in the IWWG (international women writers guild) and both are end of life doulas and hospice companions. They discuss how important it is to write stories to capture your voice, a time, and even an object so that it can be passed down to future generations.
